Underworld Vendor
Justification
Something to make the Smuggler system more worthwhile other than just titles and a limited selection at different tiers.
Motivation
Create an Underworld vendor for Smugglers and BH to use with the Smuggling System. Maybe to get new items or clothing or slicing tools, weapons, armor, etc
So what does everyone think about having an underworld vendor that Smugglers and possibly BH could use?

Maybe after running underworld smuggling missions, or when BH kill you in PvP in the smuggling missions or other PvP Bounties you get tokens to spend in the underworld vendor?

Maybe others in the future as well for other professions like Artisans, Jedi, etc.

If you could have a vendor to buy any faction with contraband or have that play into the mix.
