Mysteries of the Universe is a quest that can be started by finding and speaking to Djar Deki within Old Ben's house on Tatooine.
Djar Deki spawns within Old Ben's House. At night after 23:00 planetary time (check with Control+Shift+G) Djar will spawn after you explore the back of Old Ben's House as you walk into the main room.

Djar Deki will only converse with the player that spawned him. He will
NOT speak with anybody else.
This quest is considered a
Restoration mini-event, and not related to the Jedi unlock or considered an ambient event, as confirmed by
Aconite.

Conversation with Djar Deki
Once you find Djar Deki in Old Ben's House, speak to him to start his quest.

I wonder if the universe has brought us together for a reason? I have been researching the mysteries of the universe.
You: Mysteries of the universe?
Djar Deki (an Older Man):
Oh yes. The mysteries of the universe is real! I'll tell you where I've found some success in feeling in tune with the universe. If you don't feel in tune after a while just head to the next one. Here's the list, now head out before it gets too early!
Mysteries of the Universe

Description:
You've decided that you'll try to become one with the universe. You were told that you should visit these locations and try to tune yourself to it. Time is of the essence though so you best hurry.
Recommended combat level: 1
Travel to the first location
Djar Deki said I should head to the Krayt Skeleton and try to tune myself to the universe these. Time is of the essence!
To complete this part of the quest, simply navigate to the waypoint provided near the Krayt Dragon Skeleton Point of Interest.
You have around 2 minutes, 40 seconds to get there. Once you arrive at the waypoint, the quest will update.
Become one with the universe
You've arrived at the Krayt Skeleton, now it's time to become one with the universe.
To complete this part of the quest, you just need to wait for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the quest will update and a prompt will appear on your screen.
Test your connection with the universe
Do you feel like you made a connection.....?
Simply hit
OK in the message box and your quest will update.
Travel to the next location
Djar said not to get hung up if you don't feel a connection, just move on to the next one.
To complete this part of the quest, simply navigate to the waypoint provided near the Sarlaac Pit Point of Interest.
You have around 2 minutes, 30 seconds to get there. Once you arrive at the waypoint, the quest will update.
Become one with the universe
Try to become one with the universe again, maybe this is the spot!
To complete this part of the quest, you just need to wait for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the quest will update and a prompt will appear on your screen.

Head to the last location

To complete this part of the quest, simply navigate to the waypoint provided near the Escape Pod Point of Interest.

To complete this part of the quest, you just need to wait for 35 seconds. After 35 seconds, the quest will update and a prompt will appear on your screen.

Go back to Djar Deki and let him know how you feel now.
To complete this part of the quest, return to Old Ben's House Point of Interest.
