Description:
Descend into the research facility to carry out your mission.
Recommended combat level: 80
Find a Command Console
Find a command console to see if you can locate the cryogenics laboratory.
Head down into the Underground Research Facility and towards the Command Console with the provided waypoint.
- The Underground Research Facility is full of CL75-80 undead
Once there, you will need to use the Command Console and select
Damage Control Information Systems and the quest will update.
Find a Damaged Control Module
Find the damaged control information systems module that something ripped out of the damage control systems computer.
Head to the first large square room across the room with the Command Console.
After you're in the square room, head to the smaller room and on the floor will be the
Damaged Control computer module.

Click it and you will receive a comm-message from Klex Fulgor.
Klex Fulgor: Comm-message - You're going to need some parts to repair that thing. Oh well, good luck. Hahaha.

Communications Module
Something ripped out, then walked off with, the communications module. Kill undead in the area to see if they have the module.
Kill Death Troopers until the quest updates.
- Note: Only Death Troopers count. Undead do not.
Install Damaged Control Module
Install the damage control module in the proper system.
Head back into the Command Console room and click on the
Damage Control Information System Computer. This updates the quest.
Install Communications Module
Install the communications module in the proper system.
Head back into the Command Console room and click on the
Internal Communications Systems Computer. This updates the quest.
Reactivate Power
Reactivate the facility mainframe power.
Click on the Command Console and select
Main Power. This updates the quest.
Reconfigure Systems
Some damaged systems are draining too much power. Reconfigure them so non-damaged systems will work properly.
Click on the Command Console and select
Damage Control Information Systems, then
Internal Communication Systems, and then
Backup Systems. This updates the quest.
Find Cryogenics Lab
Find the cryogenics laboratory using the console.
Click on the Command Console and select
Departments and then
Cryogenics Laboratory.
The quest completes and the next quest starts.
Note: Before continuing further down into the Underground Research Facility, make sure your anti-virus buff has a healthy duration.
