Understanding these terms is important because, by using our services, you’re agreeing that you’ve read, understand, and are bound by these terms.
Besides these terms, you should also review, and by using our services you are bound by, our Privacy Policy and End User Access and License Agreement (EUALA).
You are solely responsible for the activity on your Account. Your Account may be suspended or terminated if you or someone else uses it to engage in activity that violates this Agreement or in a manner that is otherwise improper or illegal.
When you create an account, you will be required to create a Username which will act as your online persona and is tied to your account. Do not use any real-life identifying information (such as your legal name) in your username.
You may not attempt to access or use any service which you do not have explicit authorization to use. Unauthorized access to any system will result in the termination of your account and/or other adverse actions taken against you.
SWGR doesn’t always pre-screen or moderate user-generated content from other users in advance of its distribution, but either way, SWGR doesn’t condone or endorse any user generated content unless we explicitly say so.
When you contribute user generated content by posting or sharing content, you grant to SWGR, its licensors and licensees a non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publicly perform, publicly display or otherwise transmit and communicate the UGC, or any portion thereof, in any manner or form and in any medium or forum, whether now known or hereafter devised, without notice, payment or attribution of any kind to you or any third party. You also grant all other users who can access and use your user generated content on an SWGR Service the right to use, copy, modify, display, perform, create derivative works from, and otherwise communicate and distribute your user generated content on or through the relevant SWGR Service without further notice, attribution or compensation to you.
And unless required by law, we don’t provide implied warranties, such as the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
If we fail to or delay exercising any right or power we have under this TOS or any other policy, that isn’t a waiver of our right to exercise it partially or fully at any time in the future.
If any part of this TOS or any other policy conflicts with another policy, the TOS will prevail. If any part of this TOS or any other policy conflicts with an applicable law, we agree that we’ll work together to determine terms that are materially similar to the greatest extent possible and lawful.
Even if someone says otherwise, this TOS and the text inside it is always the governing and superseding rule for how SWGR will operate and how we represent both our and your obligations.
We reserve all rights and remedies now existing or hereafter arising if they aren't otherwise claimed or modified in these terms.
We may temporarily suspend or permanently revoke your access to one or more SWGR services if you violate any part of this TOS or our Community Standards, or if, at our discretion, we determine it is not in the best interest of our services to allow you to continue to access them.
If we remove your content and/or suspend/permanently ban your account, you can appeal those actions by contacting Community Support, but our decision may be final, and either way, you are not entitled to any refund or compensation.
SWGR Services may include hyperlinks to third party web sites. Those sites may collect data or solicit personal information from you. SWGR does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or for their collection, use or disclosure of personal information.
