Allow duelist stance to cast while moving

Proposal
Allow duelist cast to while moving instead of cancelling.
Justification
Discussed in discord on Combat channel can seemed popular.

But my justification is pvp should be fluid and agile and stopping like a stutter is stupid.
Motivation
Improve the games combat when using this ability.
To cast duelist stance you need to stop still for a second , cast, wait, and then continue. Its really clunky and removes the fluidity in combat. It has a short active time so is very annoying.

Honestly, a lot of the time that this ability is used its by BHs during a BH against jedi. I personally would rather keep it as is, as it provides windows of opportunity for damage/snares etc during those situations.

I think there are times where we should be improving the fluidity of combat and there ares times where you should have to decide whether or not its worth stopping to cast an ability or to continue on moving and looking for space/LoS to cast it to gain the benefits.

I think this makes sense. I would ask if the other similar abilities need you to stand still. If COB, stand fast and parry riposte all cast while moving so should duelist stance.
