Entertainer Inspiration
Maximum Inspiration Buff timer is
5hr 30min ( +30 minutes in a player city: Entertainment District and/or +30 minutes with
Dancing Pet ability) with
20 Inspiration points.
Full buff timers can be achieved in cantinas, hotels, private homes, certain
GCW areas and camps with Entertainer modules.

Inspiration Buffs consist of a modifier, a cost, an effect per point, and a maximum spend, which work as follows:
- Modifier - The actual mechanic, attribute, or skill rate that is modified.
- Cost - The number of Inspiration Points required to apply this modifier by one time.
- Effect - The amount of effect applied per point.
- Max - The maximum amount of times this modifier can be applied.
